And welcome to April. It is hard to believe that the first quarter of the year is already over, and April is such an important month of Ramadan will be celebrating Easter later on. And there are many, many other holidays and celebrations, and it's going to be easier for us to navigate them as a part of our diversity, equity, inclusion and justice initiatives. We create the holiday and culture Committee. You can learn about the colleagues who volunteered to serve in this capacity.

We also have already the call for nominations open for our three awards, prism, young leaders and circle distinctions. So if you can think of somebody or an organization that you believe should receive one of those designations, consider nominating them. Please check the form online and share your enthusiasm about your colleagues and friends. And we are also coming closer and closer to the international coaching week, which this year will be celebrated between March 16th and 22nd. So I would like to invite you to either offer some kind of event during an international coaching week or choose one for yourself to participate on our website. You can find the event a platform where all these different types of meetings, workshops, celebrations be listed.

So definitely many to choose from. And I certainly hope that you will find a way to celebrate national coaching week somehow this week, this year as well. And you heard earlier about changes to our credentialing program because of the new coaching competencies.

We also announced the changes to the coaching education accreditation process, so now you will learn more and more about the changes coming to our credentialing system. They will take effect on August 1st, so please check about the competencies, competencies being fully integrated and also a more secure delivery of our exams, based again on competencies.

Later this year, you will hear more about the strategic plan being developed for our entire organization so that we can truly come closer to our mission and our vision as an organization. And we want to do it in accordance with our values as the organization. So you're going to hear more later, probably early fall about the outcomes of that strategic planning exercise.
