Hello, I'm Mike d, and I'm a CEO of international coaching Federation. As I welcome you to our March edition of member update, I first want to share with you our support for all of our members and stakeholders affected by this very unfortunate invasion and conflict in Ukraine. Please do know that we are in conversation of our members in those areas, and we are looking for best ways to support them. Whatever might be that they need as coaches.

We know that coaching can change history, and in fact, it probably is already. But we also have to look into the future. And this is why I would encourage you to look into our posting of the research research findings on the future of coaching our thought leadership Institute, just posted in a global digital library. 24 articles about what's coming, what may be coming our way and how coaching can and will evolve. And we have our voice in that. We also are very committed to global diversity. As you know, I introduce to you our colleague Brooks last time, and now we are forming a global diversity Council.

We want your voices. We want your input and engagement into what we as an organization can do around the issues of diversity, equity, inclusion and justice, and also what the profession of coaching can do as much as every single one of us members of the organization. For the last couple of months, I also had the pleasure of participating in a linking live stream, and I would like to invite you to March 24th and another post.

We will be doing this time with mark Thompson, my good colleague and friend. And we will be talking about what coaching, what are the benefits and impact of coaching in large organizations in our rather uncertain world these days. And finally international coaching week is coming. It's scheduled for may 16 to 22nd, and I know that many of the chapters are already planning their activities, maybe in person this time for the first time in a couple of years, some of them definitely virtual. So if you are thinking about doing something for international coaching, we please to share with us. We have a fantastic technology platform that can support all of those events, but also sharing knowledge and awareness about what's happening in our entire ICF ecosystem.
