B. 共创关系 (Co-Creating the Relationship)


3.建立和维持协议 (Establishes and Maintains Agreements)

定义: 与客户及相关方合作,就教练关系、流程、计划和目标达成清晰的协议。为整体教练合作及每一次会谈建立协议。

Definition: Partners with the client and relevant stakeholders to create clear agreements about the coaching relationship, process, plans and goals. Establishes agreements for the overall coaching engagement as well as those for each coaching session.



3.01.向潜在客户和利益相关方阐述自己的教练理念,并清晰界定教练的范畴与边界。

Describes one's coaching philosophy and clearly defines what coaching is and is not for potential clients and stakeholders.


3.02.就关系中何为适当、何为不当,提供什么、不提供什么,以及客户和相关方的责任达成协议,包括致力于实现教练目标的承诺。

Reaches agreement about what is and is not appropriate in the relationship, what is and is not being offered, and the responsibilities of the client and relevant stakeholders, including commitment to working toward coaching goals.

Definition: Is fully conscious and present with the client, employing a style that is open, flexible, grounded and confident.

C.有效沟通 (Communicating Effectively)


6.积极聆听 (Listens Actively)

定义: 专注于客户说了什么没说什么,在客户所处系统的情境中充分理解其表达,并支持客户的自我表达。

Definition: Focuses on what the client is and is not saying to fully understand what is being communicated in the context of the client systems and to support client self-expression.

Considers the client’s context, identity, environment, experiences, values and beliefs to enhance understanding of what the client is communicating.

附录:ICF核心能力术语表


问责 (Accountability): 在教练过程中,对于已商定的承诺和行动贯彻到底的责任。

The responsibility to follow through on commitments and actions agreed upon during the coaching process.

协议 (Agreement): ICF专业人士与客户/项目发起方共同订立的正式文件,用以阐明教练关系的条款、期望和条件。通常包括教练目标、会谈时长与频率、保密政策、付款条款、取消政策,以及教练和客户双方的责任等细节。

A formal document established between an ICF professional and the client(s)/sponsor(s) that outlines the terms, expectations, and conditions of their coaching relationship. It typically includes details such as the goals of the coaching, the duration and frequency of sessions, confidentiality policies, payment terms, cancellation policies, and the responsibilities of both the coach and the client.

类比 (Analogy): 在两件事物之间进行比较,以突显其相似之处,通常用于解释或阐明某个概念、过程或情况。

A comparison between two things that highlights similarities between them, often to explain or clarify a concept, process, or situation.

自主性 (Autonomy): 客户基于自身价值观和信念,做出独立决定并采取行动的能力。

The client's ability to make independent decisions and take actions based on their own values and beliefs.

信念 (Beliefs): 塑造客户如何看待自己、他人及世界的个人信条、假设和解读。

Personal convictions, assumptions, and interpretations that shape how a client sees themselves, others, and the world.

偏见 (Bias): 由内化的信念、价值观、偏好和文化假设所塑造的,在认知、解读或判断上的差异,可能导致对某一想法、对象、群体或个人产生倾向或抵触。

A difference in the perception, interpretation, or judgment —shaped by internalized beliefs, values, preferences, and cultural assumptions — that can result in an inclination for or against an idea, object, group, or individual.

Non-verbal communication through gestures, facial expressions, and posture, which can provide insights into a client's feelings and attitudes.
